Los Imperativos Reflexivos
Commands, Advice & Instructions
Reflexive imperatives are used to give orders, advice, or recommendations when the action falls upon the person performing it. Mastering pronoun placement is the key to sounding natural.
The Golden Rule of Pronoun Placement

Pronouns are attached to the end of the verb. (Note: An accent mark is often added to maintain the original stress).
- • Levántate.
- • Acuéstate temprano.
❌ Negative Commands
Pronouns are placed before the verb.
- • No te preocupes.
- • No te enfades.
